Abstract：Over the past two decades,endoscopic thyroid surgery has developed rapidly,with various surgical approaches offering distinct characteristics and advantages.Currently,the introduction of functionally radical organ resection techniques based on fascial anatomy has propelled modern surgery into its third phase of development.Achieving fascial anatomy in endoscopic thyroid surgery presents both opportunities and challenges for endoscopic thyroid surgery today.The theory of mesothyroid dissection is the future development direction of thyroid surgery,and the mesothyroid dissection is the key technology to improve the safety of endoscopic thyroid surgery.
