Abstract:In the past two decades, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD)has experienced rapid development, with major centers both domestically and internationally making significant progress. In addition to large-volume pancreatic surgery centers, many city-level hospitals are also actively performing the procedure, with continuous technical accumulation and improvement. The feasibility and safety of LPD have been validated and recognized. However, compared to other minimally invasive surgeries in the field of surgery, there is still room for improvement in the safety of LPD.This article, based on the author's clinical experience, discusses seven aspects of key techniques to improve the safety of LPD from a personal perspective.
