Abstract：Trauma remains the leading cause of mortality.With the development of new devices and new drugs,more severe trauma patients got more advanced treatments and survived from lethal disasters.In addition to surgical hemostatic techniques,knowledge of new advances about the pathophysiology of traumatic hemorrhagic shock should also be well mastered by surgeons.This can help us be expert in critical illness.
