Abstract：Chronic venous insufficiency is a chronic and progressive disease with venous system dysfunction.It should be diagnosed and classified by unified standard.For lower extremity varicose veins,nonthrombotic iliac vein compression and post-thrombotic syndrome,the minimally invasive endovascular therapy is recommended to be adopted respectively.
