Reasonable application of laparoscopic surgery for acute abdomen

Abstract：With the development of laparoscopic instruments, laparoscopy has become the integration of diagnosis and treatment and is useful for the majority of conditions underlying acute abdominal pain. To use the laparoscopic technique for acute abdomen reasonably,it should not only obey the guidelines,but also develop surgeons’own approach, taking into account the clinical situation, surgeons’ proficiency and the experience of the team with the various techniques.
