Abstract：With the development of molecular mechanism study and new drugs, the treatment model of gastrointestinal stromal tumor has undergone revolutionary changes. A number of prospective randomized controlled clinical trials have evaluated the efficacy and safety of tyrosine kinase inhibitor in therapy for metastatic GIST, preoperative therapy, and postoperative adjuvant therapy, which provide important basis for the foundation of the best mode of GIST therapy.
