Management of complications after vascular traumatic surgery

Abstract：Vascular trauma,especially extremity vessels trauma is not rare in traumatic patients. Mechanism of vascular trauma includes blunt, penetrating, blast and iatrogenic injury. Surgical procedure is vital for traumatic patients. But management of postoperative complication is definitely meaningful for maintenance of surgical repair success and patients’rehabilitation. Option of conservative therapy,vascular surgery or endovascular intervention is crucial for correct management of postoperative complication. Further understanding of management of complication following vascular trauma repair is beneficial for patient’s recovery.
