Iatrogenic vascular injury during laparoscopic surgery

Abstract：With the improvement of surgical techniques and the trend of minimally invasive surgery,laparoscopic surgery has been widely used for various kinds of diseases,while iatrogenic vascular injuries during laparoscopic surgery dramatically increase which may lead to fatal results. Thus surgeons should prevent the complications by strict indication, clear anatomy and surgical skills. If vascular injury occurs,the injured vessels should be clarified and vascular surgeons are required to help reconstruct the blood supply when necessary.
