Setting and working of multidisciplinary team for liver cancer

Abstract：Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in China. However, the traditional system-specialized treatment could not provide patients a full range of treatment strategies. Multidisciplinary team for hepatocellular carcinoma is therefore imperative to be established. The main working style of the team is to hold meetings regularly to find out the best treatment for patients with liver cancer in accordance with the existed guidelines,ultimately to improve the prognosis and quality of life for them.
