Roboticassisted laparoscopic Hellermyotomy for achalasia:A report of 1 case and literature review
Abstract:Objective To summarize roboticassisted laparoscopic Hellermyotomy in the treatment of achalasia. Methods The clinical data of 1 case of achalasia underwent roboticassisted laparoscopic Hellermyotomy in General Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army were analyzed retrospectively and summarized combined with the domestic and abroad literatures. Results Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopy Heller operation and fundoplication surgery finished successfully. No postoperative complications occurred and patient recovered well. Conclusion Roboticassisted laparoscopic Hellermyotomy in the treatment of esophageal achalasia has advantages of minimally invasion, easy operation, short operation time and quick recovery, which is of high clinical value.
