Several issues of concern in the standardized laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

Abstract：Laparoscopic surgery has become one of the standard treatment program for IA stage gastric cancer, because of its good long-term efficacy and significant advantages of minimally invasive. Whether laparoscopic technique can be used in advanced gastric cancer is still controversial. However, in fact with the development of laparoscopic surgical techniques and the accumulation of experience, laparoscopic surgery for local advanced gastric cancer has been accepted universally and carried out widely. Reasonable standard laparoscopic radical gastrectomy requires high technique, which is the noteworthy problem for all the surgeons.
