Starting from anatomy to perform standardized inguinal hernia surgery

Abstract：Inguinal hernia repair is the most common surgical procedure,and its repair and reconstruction (regardless of whether using the patch) are more dependent on knowledge of anatomy. As a hernia surgeon,to perform hernia surgery,when the reconstruction of the inguinal canal,should understand anatomical level in groin areas and take into account the slope and length of the inguinal canal. It should understand that the spermatic cord outer ring and inner ring are fixed and their physiological mechanisms. How to make a nice inguinal hernia surgery? It is to start from anatomy,to free spermatic cord the key point is to find out“avascular plane”.
