Abstract：Laparoscopic pacrleaticoduodenectomy(LPD) LPD is a feasible and risky operation.It's necessary for LPD that they must be experienced open surgeon meanwhile skilled laparoscopic surgeon.Early,suitable location,smaller tumor and the thin cases are the ided conditions of early surgery It's dangerous being popularize in noncodition hospital.
