Abstract：With the 20 years development of laparoscopic surgery,the laparoscopic technique has been applied in almost all fields of general surgery,such as gastroentrology,hepatic surgery,biliary,thyroid surgery and so on.When the specialization and standardization coming,the technique of laparoscopic surgery will get a even better future.
