Abstract：The operation is an important risk factor for leading to arterio-venous thromboembolism. Rational anticoagulant therapy can prevent thrombosis and improve the patient's recent,long-term prognosis. In the article,it explored the assessment of risk-benefit ratio of perioperative prevention and treatment of thromboembolic/ bleeding complications as well as perioperative anticoagulation management strategies associated with special groups, special operations and other complex clinical situations.
