Continuous renal replacement therapy in the treatment of septic shock

Abstract：Sepsis and septic shock are the leading causes of death in intensive care units.The pathogenesis of sepsis contains complicated relationships among inflammation,coagulation and immune system. Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT),as a kind of blood purification technique, can maintain homeostasis and modulate inflammation and immunoparalysis of patients with septic shock,which has a promising future.
