Abstract：The nature of shock is dysoxia.The diagnosis and treatment should focus on the dysoxia and its improvement.The early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) indicates the important of early treatment.Sepsis bundle is necessary for standardizing the clinical practice,increasing feasibility and compliance and improving prognosis.
