Application of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and therapy for gastric stump carcinoma

Abstract：The diagnostic laparoscopy for GSC can increase the accuracy of preoperative staging and avoid an unnecessary laparotomy in patients with incurable advanced disease. Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for GSC is safe and feasible, but the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of GSC needed to be confirmed furtherly.
