Abstract:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder closely associated with aging, characterized by an intricate pathological cascade involving dysregulation at molecular, cellular, and systemic levels. The core pathological of AD,characterized by Aβ plague deposition and tau pathology, exhibits a dynamic interplay with multiple secondary mechanisms, such as neuroinflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, cerebrovascular abnormalities, and synaptic loss.Collectively, these interconnected factors form a highly integrated pathogenic network that drives AD progression. This study aims to delineate the complex network of pathogenesis in AD,with the goal of providing a solid theoretical foundation for the development of effective early interventions and treatment strategies.
