Abstract:Spondyloarthritis (SpA)is a group of complex chronic inflammatory diseases that not only cause patients to suffer from long-term pain and functional impairment but are also commonly accompanied by severe psychological abnormalities.Studies indicate that the prevalence rates of depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and sense of social isolation are significantly higher in SpA patients than in the general population. These psychological issues profoundly affect patients' quality of life, may exacerbate disease progression, and reduce treatment efficacy and adherence. However,in clinical practice, psychological health issues in SpA patients are often underrecognized.Through early identification, systematic assessment, and multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive management, the psychological health of SpA patients can be effectively improved, disease control can be optimized, and ultimately, treatment outcomes and overall quality of life are significantly enhanced.
