Abstract：In order to improve the understanding of primary care physicians and pharmacists about individualized use of levothyroxine(L-T4),the expert group composed of endocrinology,surgery,pharmacy and other experts conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the common problems in the clinical application of L-T4.The expert group divided the problems into four aspects:basic information on L-T4,medication regimen for hypothyroidism,instructions and precautions,and follow-up monitoring and management of special cases.Based on sufficient research evidence and rich clinical experience,the expert group has provided specific advice on the 40 questions collected.
