Abstract:Left bundle branch area pacing(LBBAP)is a physiological pacing technique aimed to factivate of left bundle branch.Traditionally,LBBAP employs lumenles pacing leads(LLC).In recent years,a numbers of studies, using stylet-driven pacing leads(SDLs)in LBBAP,have shown that they have comparable success rates to LLLs.However, given their distinctly different structures and varying implantation techniques, their advantages and disadvantages in LBBAP spark curiosity and invite deeper exploration. In thispaper,we will comprehensively analyze the strengths and limitations of LLLs and SDLs in LBBAP based on current researches and reports.
