Expert guidance on the construction of standardized diagnosis and treatment center of thyroid eye disease

Abstract：Thyroid eye disease(TED)is an autoimmune disorder closely related to thyroid diseases,presenting complex clinical manifestations that can significantly compromise patients'quality of life,which demands a multidisciplinary team(MDT)approach.Therefore,the National Alliance for Thyroid Diseases has advocated for the establishment of standardized TED treatment centers and developed the expert guidance.The expert guidance consists of two sections.The first section delineates the construction of standardized TED diagnosis and treatment centers,stipulating the requirements for organizational structure,personnel,equipment,and database configuration.The second section formulates the suggestion regarding the standardized diagnosis and treatment of TED,based on both domestic and international TED guidelines.The aim is to standardize,and improve the diagnosis and treatment level of TED,thereby benefiting patients and improving their quality of life.
