Abstract:Aplastic anemia is an immune-mediated bone marrow failure disease. In recent years,platelet-stimulating agents have become one of the important options for the treatment of aplastic anemia.Platelet-stimulating agents include thrombopoietin receptor agonists(Eltrombopag,Hetrombopag,Romiplostim,Avatrombopag, and Lusutrombopag)and recombinant human thrombopoietin.By stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, these agents enhance bone marrow function, accelerate and strengthen hematologic remission in aplastic anemia patients, reduce the need for transfusions, and improve quality of life. This consensus, based on domestic and international literature, provides reference recommendations for the application of platelet-stimulating agents in the treatment of aplastic anemia, aiming to standardize and guide their use in clinical practice.
