Advance of interstitial lung disease in recent years

Abstract：Interstitial lung disease is a group of diseases,involving alveoli and pulmonary interstitium.The large number of clinical types and the great difference in prognosis among different types pose a formidable challenge to clinicians in diagnosing and treating these diseases.In recent years,there have been many new advances in the clinical and basic research in this area.In this article,we summarize the important new developments in the clinical and basic research in fibrotic interstitial lung disease,post COVID-19 related interstitial lung disease,connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease,allergic pneumonia and sarcoidosis in recent years.
