Abstract:Objective To study the general influencing factors of the MoCA-MIS in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale, and to analyze the MoCA-MIS threshold of old people in the community. Methods A total of 282 healthy old people aged 50 to 80 were included in the study, who come from Shenyang and have a certain level of education. All of them finished the MoCA,MMSE,AVLT,CDR and general information questionnaire. Then stastical analysis was done on the result of these Neuropsychological scales and the community MOCA-MIS critical value of the elderly was studied. Results There was no significant difference in MoCA-MIS scores between different genders (F=0.053,P>0.05).There were significant differences in MoCA-MIS scores among the elderly in different age groups (F=1.712,P=0.015,r=-0.13).There were differences in the MoCA-MIS scores of the elderly in the different educational level groups, and the differences were statistically significant (F=4.497,P<0.001,r=0.314).There was correlation between MoCA-MIS and long-delayed recall of AVLT(P< 0.001,r=0.492).There was correlation between MoCA-MIS and short-term memory ofAVLT (P<0.001,r=0.412).The MoCA-MIS's cut-off scores of different educational level group were as follows:the educational level≤ 9 years,4 pionts;the educational between 10 and 12 years,6 pionts;the educational level>12 years,7 pionts. Conclusion There is significant positive correlation between MoCA-MIS and cultural level;there is negative correlation between MoCA-MIS and age;there is no correlation between MoCA-MIS and gender. Both the long-delayed recall and short-term memory of AVLT have significant positive correlation with MoCA-MIS.Community MOCA-MIS threshold for detecting the elderly will provide reference data for the elderly memory impairment.
