Abstract：There exist several diagnosis criteria for Alzheimer's disease (AD),involving clinical features,cerebral spinal fluid,structure imaging,functional imaging,amyloid imaging and genes.Hospitals of different levels need to combine their own conditions to adopt proper criteria.This paper summarized the characteristics of the four main AD diagnostic criteria,and provided principles for AD diagnosis in hospitals of different levels.
