Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long non encoding RNA AK057321 (AK057321) in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods The blood samples were collected from 46 cases AMI patients at different times and 30 normal subjects. The serum AK057321,CK-MB and cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnⅠ) expression were measured using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (realtine PCR).The relationship between AK057321 with CK-MB and cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnⅠ) were analyzed. Results Serum AK057321 was maintained at a relatively low level in normal human. The level of serum AK057321 in patients with0-2h after AMI attack was significantly increased (P<0.05),the serum level of AK057321 in patients with AMI after 2-6h attack can reach the peak value.Correlation analysis showed that the expression of serum AK057321 positive correlation between CK-MB and cTnⅠ (r=-0.862,P< 0.001,cTnⅠ,r=0.716,P< 0.001).The specificity of LncRNA AK057321 as a biomarker for predicting AMI was analysed by ROC curve, the results showed that the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.868 (95%CI 0.703-0.976,P<0.001).Condusions The expression of serum AK057321 in the early stage of AMI is significantly elevated, which may be a potential marker for early serum AMI.
