Management of Sj(o)gren's syndrome during pregnancy

Abstract：Sj(o)gren's syndrome is a systemic autoimmune disease.It does not affect the fertility of female patients,but its interaction with pregnancy affects the growth and development of fetal intrauterine and affects the outcome of pregnancy,increasing the rate of spontaneous abortion and premature delivery.The purpose of treatment and Sj(o)gren's syndrome during pregnancy is to terminate or inhibit the abnormal immune response in patients,to ensure normal fetal growth and development,and to prevent the complications during pregnancy and neonatal complications.Treatment mainly includes symptomatic treatment and systemic treatment,and systemic treatment mainly includes glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents.In this paper,we make a review the an overview of Sj(o)gren's syndrome,the interaction of Sj(o)gren's syndrome with pregnancy,the treatment of Sj(o)gren's syndrome,pregnancy monitoring,timing of pregnancy and so on.
