Abstract：Over the past 20 years,the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) has made significant progress,and the survival of patients has improved significantly,but there is still a high mortality,mainly associated with right ventricular failure.This article reviews the progress ofbiomarkers,imaging evaluation and treatment strategy of PAH combined with right heart failure.
