Abstract:Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality for patients with those diseases.Among the CTDs,PAH is associated most often with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),systemic sclerosis(SSc),mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD),and primary Sj(o)gren's syndrome (pSS).Routine screening and early detection of PAH in CTD may improve the prognosis of CTD-associated PAH.Combination therapy with PAH specific therapy and immunosuppressants could be more effective to reach the target of CTD-associated PAH.
