The clinical difference between gastric cancer and primary gastric lymphoma

Abstract：Gastric cancer (GC) and Primary gastric lymphoma(PGL) are the most popular malignant neoplasms at stomach.Their clinical manifestation are usually nonspecific,causing its late diagnosis.Moreover,their endoscopic characteristics and imaging features are often confusing.Howerer,the treatments for these two diseases differ.Therefore it is particularly important to make an acurate differentiation and an early diagnosi.Now that there is no specific indicator or examination to distinguish them for at present,we need to get the whole picture of the features,the endoscopic characteristics,pathological features,immunohistochemical findings,etc to make a well-rounded differentiation.
