Technical tips of endoscopic submucosal dissection in treatment of early gastrointestinal tumors

Abstract：Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD),a safe and effective minimally invasive technique,plays an important role in the treatment of early gastrointestinal tumors.It makes the en bloc resection of larger lesions more safe and efficient and provides sufficient and precise pathological information.The ESD procedure can significantly reduce the rate of residue and relapse,achieving radical resection of early gastrointestinal tumors.This article aims to share our experiences about the current advances of ESD involving its indications,contradictions,operating procedures and so on.
