Abstract：The 5-year survival rate of early carcinoma in gastrointestinal tract is up to 90％,which is significantly higher than that of the advanced cancer significantly.However,the detection rate of early carcinoma in China is less than 20％.Therefore,screening and standardized treatment of early carcinoma in gastrointestinal tract should be imperative.For the early detection of gastrointestinal carcinoma,white light endoscopy,chromoendoscopy,electronic staining technique and magnifying endoscopy are greatly helpful..
