Interpretation on 2013 ASH/ISH clinical practice guidelines for the management of hypertension in the community

Abstract：Many patients have other risk factors such as lipid abnormalities,glucose intolerance or diabetes,history of cardiovascular events and smoking.Although the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension have been well established,there is limition in controlling blood pressure actively.ASH/ISH published clinical practice guidelines in 2013 with definition,classification,diagnosis and treatment to instruct hypertension patients and clinicians.
