Application of anti-hepatitis B virus therapy in liver failure
WANG Yu-ming
Abstract:Hepatitis B virus (HBV) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HBV-related liver failure, the main pathogenesis of which is immune mechanism, and HBV can directly damage to liver cells in immunosuppressed patients. Therefore, the role of antiviral therapy is becoming more and more important. In recent years, the time of antiviral therapy and choices of drugs become research hotspots, and the timely and early adoption of potent and low-resistance nucleos(t) ide analogues (NUCs) is promoted.Meanwhile, attention should be paid to drug safety in long-term treatment. As a result, there are two main strategies-optimizing treatment or initial combination therapy.
