Abstract:Objective To investigate the association of IL-10 592 and ESR1 T29 C gene polymorphism with the susceptibility to hepatitis B virus in Yi minority of Guizhou. Methods Allelic frequencies of IL-10 592 and ESR1 T29 C were identified by PCR-RFLP.Results IL-10 592 polymorphism was associated with the susceptibility to HBV in Yi minority. There wasno association between ESR1 T29 C gene polymorphism and the susceptibility to hepatitis B virus in Yi minority. Conclusion IL-10 592 polymorphisms influence the susceptibility to HBV infection in Yi minority of Guizhou. The study suggests that IL-10 592 polymorphism may be a dangerous factor of HBV infection.
