Abstract：Surgery is now still the first choice for treatment of thyroid cancer.Long-term post-operative follow-up and thyroid hormone treatment are of great importance in reducing recurrence,early detection of metastases or recurrence,and improving patients'quality of life.This article reviews the recent advancement in post-operative follow-up and hormone treatment in thyroid cancer patients.
