Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography combined hs-CRP and MMP9 to detect the vulnerable plaque of acute coronary syndrome. Methods Selected 72 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,43 cases of which ACS group,29 cases stable angina group(SAP) in all patients underwent 64-slice spiral computed tomography Coronary artery imaging. Then we detected the concentration of hs-CRP and MMP-9. And then all patients underwent selective coronary angiography. Another 25 cases in the control group. Results (1) Soft plaque incidence of ACS group was significantly higher than SAP, the difference was statistically significant (P= 0.001). (2) Compared with the control group,hs-CRP, MMP-9 serum levels of ACS group and SAP group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001), and the ACS group was higher than SAP group (P<0.05). (3) In CHD patients,Compared with the fibrous plaque, calcified plaque group, hs-CRP, MMP-9 serum levels of soft group was significantly increased(P≤0.001). (4)CT value of CHD patients was correlated negatively to hs-CRP, MMP-9 serum levels. Conclusion Hs-CRP and MMP-9 can raise the accuracy of 64-slice spiral computed tomography for detection of coronary artery plaque in patients with ACS, assess stability of the plaque, improve the diagnosis rate.
