Classification and design principles of occlusion for oral fixed prostheses and clinical experience

Abstract：Occlusal design is an important part in oral prosthodontics,and its accuracy directly affects the restoration effect.According to the different conditions of occlusion of re-maining teeth in the mouth after tooth defect and absence,this paper makes a classification and analyzes the characteristics of various types,summarizes the corresponding restoration principles,and puts forward a new concept of"classification design of occlusion for oral fixed prostheses while sharing clinical application experience,aiming at promoting stomatolo-gists'understanding of occlusion design of different types of fixed prostheses and improving the efficiency and success rate of restoration treatment.
