Risk factors and management of common biological com-plications of immediate implantation in the aesthetic zone

Abstract：Immediate implantation in the aesthetic zone has the distinct advantage of preserving the soft and hard tis-sue contours to the greatest extent possible,and is now a more common treatment option.However,immediate implantation has a higher failure rate compared to the early and deferred implantation.Inflammation of the peri-implant connective tis-sue and progressive loss of bone tissue are currently the main causes of implantation failure.In this article,we will discuss the risk factors and management of common biological compli-cations after immediate implantation in the aesthetic zone,with a view to referrences for clinicians in the prevention and management of such disorders.
