Invisible aligner technique without brackets

Abstract：This article introduced the production technol-ogy process of clear removable appliances and the clinical ap-plication process of invisible aligner technique. The produc-tion technology process includes the following aspects:can-ning silicone rubber impressions or plaster dental models to acquire a computerized composite dental model,using CAD/CAM technology to simulate treatment planning and fabricate resin model,and applying thermoplastic technology to fabri-cate clear removable appliance. The main steps of clinical ap-plication process are physical examination,case upload,com-puterized plan confirm,appliance fabricate,appliance wear-ing,occlusion refinement,finally,treatment finishing and oc-clusion maintenance.
