Identification and management of spontaneous uterine rupture during non-delivery

Abstract:Spontaneous uterine rupture during non-delivery poses a serious threat to the lives of both mother and child.While strengthening screening and management of pregnant women with existing risk factors,timely and accurate identification of suspicious symptoms such as abdominal pain,abnormal vaginal bleeding,or abnormal fetal heart rate should also be made.Effective treatment such as uterine repair should be performed according to the gestational age and de-gree of rupture to avoid adverse outcomes for both mother and child.
