Abstract:Objective Patients with light and moderate POP are evaluated by ultrasound and POP-Q score, and the application value in POP is discussed. Methods From April 2013 to April 2016,101 patients with mild and moderate diseases were diagnosed by POP-Q scoring at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University;select C,Ba and Bp points, and C',Ba'and Bp'points were measured under Valsalva condition by ultrasound;compare the correlation of each point.Resnits The C'point of uterine prolapse was significantly related to C (-1.85,-3.5;r=0.553,P=0.001).The Ba'point of the anterior vaginal wall prolapse was significantly related to the Ba point (-1.1,-1;r=0.461,P=0.001).There was a correlation between the Bp'point and the Bp point in the posterior wall prolapse of the vagina (-0.85,-2.5;r=0.331,P=0.001).Conclusion There is a good correlation between pelvic ultrasound measurement and POP-Q score, which can be used as an imaging method in clinical quantitative diagnosis.
