Abstract：Obstructed defecation syndrome is a common pelvic floor dysfunction,including organic and/or functional anorectal disorders.A large subset of outlet dysfunction has a functional defecation disorder.Specialized tests to evaluate structure and function are useful for identifying the underlying cause and making the decision of operation.
