Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of B19 virus infection during pregnancy in Shenyang, and provide basic data for scientific and effective prenatal screening. Methods We selected 455 volunteers from January 2016 to May 2016 in No.202 Hospital of PLA.They were assigned into four groups:the group of women at childbearing age (control group=69),the group of normal pregnancy (n=223),the group of embryo stop (n=74),the group of miscarriage or abortion (n=89).Serum samples were collected for B19 IgG/IgM detection, which were compared with those data abroad. Results Compared with the control, the difference in positive rate of B19 virus infection in each experimental group were not significant (P>0.05).The positive rate of B 19 IgG/IgM of the control was lower than those of other areas in China and abroad (P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that high risk population in Shenyang should be evaluated before pregnancy on immunity to B 19,and the susceptible population should be screened for B 19 during pregnancy.
