Abstract：Radiation therapy is crucial in the management of endometrial carcinoma,whether used as an adjuvant treatment after surgery or as definitive treatment for women who are medically inoperable.Adjuvant radiotherapy decreases the risk of local recurrence for patients with adverse pathologic features.Definitive radiotherapy is a good option for inoperable patients.Radiotherapy may include external beam radiotherapy and vaginal intracavity brachytherapy.
