Diagnosis and treatment of female genital system lymphoma

Abstract：Primary female genital system lymphoma (PFGSL) is one kind of extranodal lymphoma.PFGSLs include ovarian lymphomas,cervical lymphomas and vulvar lymphomas.Most of PFGSLs are type B non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.The diagnosis is based on pathology and immunohistochemmistry.The treatment strategies include CHOP-based chemotherapy,targeted therapy,radiotherapy and surgery.The purpose of surgery is to clarify the pathology.Rituximab has been demonstrated to improve the prognosis of lymphoma.The prognosis of PFGSL is good.
