Aortic aneurysm in pregnancy: early diagnosis and management

Abstract：Aortic aneurysm occurring during pregnancy represents a lethal risk to both the mother and fetus.It is very important to diagnose and manage the disease in the early stage.Patients with the aortic aneurysm and the aortic dissection in the pregnancy are often with the history of cardiovascular disease.Pregnancy is also an independent risk factor of aortic aneurysm.The typical clinical symptoms are pain and the changes of the patient's blood pressure.The ultrasonic cardiogram is the first choice of imageological examination for pregnant patients who have the typical symptoms.The specific managements should depend on different patient's conditions.
