The relevance in level of serum Leptin and hormone in PCOS patients
Abstract：Objective To investigate the relevance between the patients of PCOS and the level of serum leptin and hormone. Methods Serum Leptin , FSH, LH, and TESTO in 31 PCOS patients and 30 healthy women were tested and their correlations were analyzed. Results The serum level of Leptin, LH, TESTO, and LH/FSH in PCOS patients was respectively 10. 18μg/L, 18.48 mIu/ml, 0.79μg/L, 2.78, which was significantly higher than those in healthy women (P<0.05). Conclusion Higher serum Leptin level and abnormal sexual hormones are clinically valuable in the incur-rence of PCOS.
